HAVE YOU BEEN HARASSED BY YELP?

As Yelp's harassment against me continues, they continue to remove my Business from the search results.
If you search "Movers, or Moving" in the area, I may not show up. They remove my business for a couple of days (up to a week) then replace it. Yelp will remove my listing from one city (then replace it), then another city (and replace it).

YELP has removed my "5 Star Reviews" when I refused to pay them to advertise and a 1 star review suddenly appeared (not a customer of mine).

As of this date, 23 (5 star) reviews removed. 8 completely vanished. All others are put on the filtered "not recommended page".

Almost every customer that has written me a 4-5 star review has been removed and ALL of their reviews (that they left other businesses) have been removed or deleted.

Yelp's (pay us, or else) extortion tactic is happening to thousands of small businesses. Yelp has almost 13,000 bad review on it's own site. Several thousand claiming this same kind of extortion. (read the reviews on their own site that have been 'filtered" or removed totally).

Customers' reviews are taken down if the company is 'blacklisted by yelp' (for not paying money to Yelp).

Yelp also blocked my access to change my Bio picture, blocked access to modify my business name & most of my business account. Yelp refuses to let me add a business name, or change my business name (I also have a license to operate under a different DBA).

If anyone complains, Yelp staff says "it's the filtering system, we have no control over it".

Did this software suddenly become "self-aware"?
Is it taking over Yelps computers and servers?
Is it going to destroy the human race??
I think that the staff at Yelp has been smoking too much weed and watching too many Terminator movies.

Yelp has over 2,100 complaints filed with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), a majority claiming "EXTORTION theough fear" ('if you don't pay us, we'll remove your reviews and ruin your business).

Yelp's child-like temper tantrums are almost laughable as they can't accept that nothing they do will make me pay them their extortion money. HA-HA Yelp staff... you can suck it.

What will Yelps staff do now?

Will they wait in the dark, outside my house, and call me names from their shadowy hiding place?

Will they stick out their tongue at me if the see me on the street?

Or will the go home, suck their thumb and pee their bed, like the child that they are, when they realize that another day has gone by and they still couldn’t force me to pay their extortion money.

LET'S RECOUNT:
- Yelp calls 1 - 3 times a day for over a month.

- Each time I refuse to pay, they remove more 5 star reviews.

- My customers (who’s reviews were removed) leave 1 star reviews on Yelp.

- All of those reviews were removed from Yelp’s page and those customers are "blacklisted" and ALL of the reviews they've left for others have been removed.

- When my customers start leaving bad reviews for Yelp, Yelp blocks my access to most of my business account.

- Yelp calls me a few more times. Says pay us money and we’ll help you get your reviews put back up.

- I refuse and Yelp sales rep gets frustrated and removes my business from the search results.

- You search ‘movers” or “moving” and I don’t show up anymore.

- Yelp blocked & removed my Personal account because I left Yelp a 1 star review for what they did.

- Went from a 5 star status, down to a 31/2 star status.

- I get another personal account (Yelp rules say I can have one business & one personal acct).

- Yelp removes all reviews I left for other businesses and "blacklists" this new acct.

-Yelp staff modifies my homepage and removes specific information (repeatedly).

- I still refuse to pay Yelps Extortion money, even after they promised to give me more work & bring back my 5 star reviews.

SUNSET NORTH CAR WASH DESTROYED MY NEW TINT!!

17 days after I got new ceramic tint installed, I took it in for a wash and told them "Do Not Touch The Inside Windows Because of New Tint".

When I looked up, I saw 3 Mexicans wiping down the inside windows with dirty towels!
I noticed that my newly tinted windshield was destroyed by scratches and scratches also on the passenger window.

I filed an incident report, the manager  and workers all gathered around saying 'no on touched the windows (even though I saw them AND the inside windows were now clean of dust???

Nobody contacted me as promised so I had to track down the regional manager "Stacy" (in arroyo grande).

She stood up for the employees and called me a liar when I said that I saw the employees cleaning the inside windshield. She said that she'll get me a credit for a free car was, BUT she said that the employees at the car wash did NOT clean the inside windows (she wasn't even there...WTF!

She stated that Sunset North would NOT take responsibility for their employees damaging my ceramic tint.
When I asked for their insurance company name and phone number, she refused to give it to me.

The experts that installed the special tint said that it was wiped with something abrasive such as dirt particles in the towel or scratched with a ring.

I always see the lying Mexicans at Sunset North Dropping the towels then using it to clean customers' cars.

Cost to remove the damaged tint and replace: $394.00
Plus, a missed day of work: $300.00 (minimum) to $650.00

Stealing metal stem covers from my tires? Not admitting that you damaged a vehicle?
Nothing but a bunch of lying, thieves.

Public Utilities Commission Attempts Extortion Through Fear.

It seems that the public utilities Commission (PUC) Is going after small businesses that offer labor Services. A small (licensed) Business providing Moving Labor (ie: loading & unloading labor) has received notice from the PUC to "Cease & Desist Operations".

The Labor Service company, in it's advertisement, Does not advertise, state, or give impression, that it is a moving company or mover of used household goods. It DOES however list it's business name, business license, Insurance company, Operation license and other information to show that it is a legal business.

The PUC does say that the company can obtain a PUC household goods transport application & license (for a nominal fee of $500.00) or be shut down, face imprisonment  and have a $1000.00 fine imposed.

Again, the labor service company does NOT advertise as a household goods carrier and the PUC has no authority to extort, threaten or instill fear into businesses, or individuals that do not fall under their Nazi regime.

The PUC also has threatened other Labor services with Telephone disconnection if the PUC even thinks that the individual (or business) might be transporting goods.

The business owner states "My advertisements say Materials Included and the PUC says "that's what a moving company would put in their ads, so you can't say that ".

The PUC also states that since this particular moving labor service offers it's customers the same amount of insurance that moving companies offer (but at a cheaper rate) it Must be advertising as a moving company.

The business is licensed, offers insurance to it's customers, has all permits needed to operate and has workers comp. it provides construction cleanup labor, foreclosure trash-outs, loading & unloading labor...none of which falls under the authority of the PUC.

How many other businesses or individuals has the PUC attempted to extort with "either pay us or suffer the consequences" ?

The PUC has NO authority for:
1. Labor only.
2. Pickup & Delivery from any vendor, store, thrift shop.
3. Pickup & Delivery of New items.
4. Office or Commercial Moves (including in home offices).
5. Advertisements (unless stated that you are a carrier or moving company)

Scenario:
An elderly disabled woman must move, but can't afford to.
A neighbor (also the woman's caregiver) decides to use his truck and help her move 1 piece of furniture and a few boxes, at no cost to the woman.

The PUC says that this is illegal because the neighbor hasn't payed the PUC $500.00 to get his movers license.

The PUC gets a court order to have the neighbors phone shut off (until he gets a PUC license). Since he used his vehicle, the PUC determines that  the neighbors pickup truck is a public nuisance and it's confiscated & given to the state.

The neighbor is given up to 1 year in jail, a $1,000.00 fine (the PUC gets their "kickback") and pays court costs in the thousands of dollars.

All because he did the right thing. And the PUC has a chance to make some money...not to mention that they've just increased their chances of getting more federal funding.

Why don't they go after the scammers & ripoff moving companies?
Because those ripoff moving companies payed the $500.00 protection money!

" HEIL HITLER! " to the P.U.C. nazi regime.

Many times, with fraudulent advertising and with little or no experience, and
operating without License - Permits- Insurance or Workers Comp, these illegal operators (on San luis Obispo's Craigslist) allow customers to think that they are hiring a "Real" moving company or experienced professionals.
